Good evening, fellow lot owners. Happy to report that 14 lot owners got interviewed today, bringing up the total to 196 lot owners who have been interviewed by DENR. We’re on track to completing at least 400 untitled by the end of March. Per our observation, the regular documents required are:
1. If lot owner is still alive – at least 1 govt ID, marriage certificate and certification of membership from AFPOVAI; 2. If lot owner has passed on – extrajudicial settlement, death certificate, IDs of heirs (primarily spouse’s, board resolution from AFPOVAI of the new member, and certificate of AFPOVAI membership. 

Interviews last about 5- 10 mins per lot owner, unless the lot owner has many other queries. Please be guided accordingly so you could prepare all requirements ahead of time when your turn comes to expedite the process.
