Here is the process flow for our lot applications as prepared by the LMB for us. It has 20 stages, with other sub-steps in each stage, meaning that the process is rather lengthy. In fact, one lot application normally takes a minimum of 3 months, according to a DENR staff.
1. Filing of application
2. Conduct of investigation via zoom interview
3. Preparation and subscription of the formatted online investigation report
4. Examination of the completeness and appropriateness of documents
5. Preparation of the Posting and Publication documents
6. Approval of the Posting and Publication documents
7. Posting Period (6 consecutive weeks)
8. Conduct of Bidding
9. Payment of 10% or Full Purchase Price and/or interest, if applicable
10. Preparation of V-37 and/or Technical Description (TD)
11. Review and approval of the V-37 and/or Techical Description (TD)
12. Preparation the Order of Award
13. Preparation of Draft Deed of Sale
14. Conduct of Final Ground Investigation
15. Preparation and Subscription of the Final Investigation Report
16. Review of Draft, Printing and Approval of the Final Deed of Sale, Order of Award and Transmittal to the Register of Deeds (From Examiners to Chief, LPDD )
17. Legal Clearance
18. Approval of the Deed of Sale (ARD to RED )
19. Notarization of the Approved Deed of Sale
20. Transmittal to RoD
