Today we received the copy of the Lifting Order duly signed by Actg SEC JIM SAMPULNA, DENR and happily turned over to MGEN GEM MOLINA, Chairman, Phases 678. Praying that the DEEDS of SALE will be finalized before the middle of April 2022 and delivered to the RD for the issuance of the very much awaited TCTs, all in GODS blessings before EO June 2022. God Bless us all 

Good morning po to all 678 members.

Putting everything into its proper perspective, Please allow me to enumerate all those who helped us. Please don’t forget to pray especially for – COMMO ANTONIO SURATOS who painstakingly prepared ALL the necessary LEGAL Documents from the very beginning till the end that was very necessary in the signing of the Lifting Orders.

We would like to thank all those who helped one way or the other in this sublime task like Sec Delfin Lorenzana and his DND Staff, the OSEC-DENR, DENR-NCR, LMB, AFPOVAI GM Col Segundo “Boy” Bolo who actively followed up its signing, all 678 BOD especially Gigi Lim (daughter of Col Artemio Lim who was with Commo SURATOS who helped too) and of course the indefatigable MGen Gem Molina, Sec Roy Cimatu who opened the doors for its signing, Sec Eduardo Año, USec Rodolfo Garcia, AFPOVAI BOD, AFPOVAI Management and personnel, etc.

FYI We are arranging and preparing by batches, at least 50 allocatees and awardees per day with at least 10-20 on standby, depending on how the paperwork’s will be processed at the AFPOVAI Office.

Our aim is to fast track the processing by DENR NCR possibly to meet the middle of April as deadline to deliver all the DEEDS OF SALE and thereafter deliver the same to the Register of Deeds for the issuance of all your most coveted TCTs in GODS time. We pray that you can have it by EO June – GOD willing. God Bless us all
