Pleased to inform everyone that during our special meeting last night, the 678 BOD approved having our e-elections started today, instead of tomorrow, to allow everyone to familiarize themselves with the electronic process and enable as well our ELECOM to handle and manage the data ahead of time.

As you may note, our Chapter ELECOM just issued two QR codes, one leading to the ballots to be filled up by MIGS, and another containing your Participation Form. Our ELECOM also just emailed the ballots to seventy-seven (77) MIGs and as of 12 noon today three (3) so far have submitted their votes.

Like them, you may already vote to spare yourself the last-minute trouble. Using your cell phone equipped with camera and supported by data or internet connection, you may easily access the participation form and the official ballot through the QR codes, submit the required info and cast your votes in seconds.

If you are able to do that, then all that’s left for you to do is to click on the link to our GA and BOD Elections Event tomorrow, which has been provided by the ELECOM today. Having already voted, you will be admitted and welcomed to our virtual plenary session to hear the good news and developments about our Phase 678 Chapter.
