With the chairmanship of Gen Senga formalized today, we at the Phase 678 Chapter are thrilled not only to have a former AFP Chief of Staff no less at the helm of AFPOVAI BOD, but more importantly a representative from our very own 678 community to protect and advance our interest.

Judging from this afternoon’s organizational meeting, the expectations are visibly high, but Chairman Senga already set the tone by assigning tasks to Committee Heads, particularly to the Committee on Amendments of AFPOVAI Bylaws, where I volunteered to help. 

Our newly elected 678 Chapter President, MGen Vic Guerzon, also volunteered and was appointed to head AFPOVAI’s Finance Committee.

In the meantime, DENR just released the next thirteen (13) deeds of sale this morning, after the first five (5) last month. That gives us a great double header.

Tomorrow, your 678 BOD will be holding our first goal setting meeting following our own organizational meeting last week. So we’re all off to a running start.
