Re Master List

30 October 2022, from Gems:

Sir Joy, in direct response to your suggestion, we’d like to inform everyone that we already have that master list, complete with the classifications and other details as you mentioned, as well as the status based on each one’s placement in the 20-step process of DENR towards the release of notarized deeds of sale. As I posted weeks ago, we have the database of all available Phase 678 Chapter members, including those who could not be easily contacted. The prioritization criteria have all been explained before – and they all go back to the prompt satisfaction of requirements at each stage. That was one of the first things tackled by the JTF back in January of this year. The sequencing changes based on the compliance of members to the requirements. But publishing the names and sequence would be in violation of DPA. It would be similar to applying for a loan from a bank and asking the manager kung pang-ilan na yung kasamahan niya sa pila. (Of course, it would be different if the ones na nauna or nahuli would volunteer to reveal themselves to the same group.) DENR prohibits the same, which is why Mark and/or Gigi take the time and effort to privately call each concerned member regarding processing requirements. They won’t divulge any member’s status here in our viber community even when pressed, this being a public forum. They are also our data protection officers and personal information controllers. And, yes, wala si Mark sa office today. It’s holiday today until tomorrow (Nov 1). I hope everyone understands.
