“Occam’s Razor, put simply, states: “the simplest solution is almost always the best.” It’s a problem-solving principle arguing that simplicity is better than complexity.”

Question- What then is the problem?

On the matter of who owns the 4 lots inside the PNGC golf course. Who owns them? Is it the 4 plaintiffs or the defendants, the FOIC of the PN and PNGC?

Answer- “…in 2015, RTC of Taguig ruled out, affirmed by the Supreme Court, that the PNGC is not the property of the Navy. As such, the lots owned by Abaya, Follosco, Maglonzo, and Sta Clara must be turned over to them. Following the same logic and precedence, the other (adjoining) lots, therefore, belong also to the title holders!”

Question- Eh bakit hindi ma isakatuparan (implement)?

Answer- Tumatakbo naman ang gulong ng batas. Sa katunayan ay na serve na ang writ of execution on August 11, 2023.

Question- Bakit ayaw pa ring i turn over ng Navy ang PNGC lots to the owners?

That is the wording in the writ of execution. It means Adaci can take his own sweet time. He will probably wait until the day of his retirement. The unfortunate possibility is baka ang subsequent FOICs may do the same. The PN, illegally using the taxpayer’s money, can fund the operation of PNGC illegally forever. The rent given to the plaintiffs is peanuts to them (FOIC who is lavishly and illegally using the taxpayers money).

Question- Justice delayed is justice denied. How does it affect the victims?

Answer- Loss of resource of seniors like us. Time. It is the most important resource. Na uubos na ang lahi ng seniors. While it is true that the property can be passed on to our loved ones when we die, but that’s not the intention of the legal system.
