Can we please share to anybody?

In 1965, President Diosdado Macapagal issued Proclamation 461.

It removed a huge piece of land from Fort Bonifacio and declared it:

Alienable and Disposable — for AFP officers and soldiers who served the country.

Meaning:

• The land is no longer military reservation

• It is civilian in nature

• Only the President can change that classification

And here’s the key point:

No President ever reversed PP 461.

But despite this:

• The Philippine Navy built the Navy Golf Course (PNGC)

• Later, they started building the PN Senior Officers’ Building

• The BCDA funded these structures

• The AFP and DND remained silent

• Certain agencies looked away

• Courts dismissed TROs without reading the law

This is not a “territorial dispute.”

This is public land meant for veterans, illegally taken and built over.

In 2020, the Supreme Court finally said:

PNGC was illegal. The Navy has no authority. The land is A&D.

And yet — construction continues.

This is why the fight is not only legal.

It’s moral.

It’s for the dignity of those who served.

It’s for the rule of law.

It’s for the Filipino people who deserve honesty from their government. EAH

PP 461 (1965) declared the land alienable and disposable and assigned it for the use of AFP officers/veterans.

No President has ever revoked this.

In 2020, the Supreme Court ruled that:

• PN Golf Club was illegal

• The Navy had no authority

• The land is A&D

Despite this, the second construction of Navy facilities continues.

This is a case of:

• Unauthorized use of government land

• Violation of a Presidential Proclamation

• Disregard of a Supreme Court ruling

The affected homeowners are asking for only one thing:

Enforce the law. EAH

A&D; — hindi na reservation ng military.

Hindi ito lupa ng Navy.

Hindi ito lupa ng BCDA.

Sinabi na ng Supreme Court:

Ang panawagan:

Ibalik ang lupa.

Igalang ang batas.

Igalang ang pangako sa sundalo.
