Next week, I shall report on what transpired during our recent meeting (Tuesday) with the new DENR Acting Secretary, USEC JIM SAMPULNA, and separately (Wednesday) with DILG SECRETARY ED ANO and DHSUD NCR DIRECTOR USEC JEOFREY TUPAS and their teams. Key challenges remain, including generating efficiency in channeling right information across our community. We really need to keep our lines – and conversation space – clear, uncluttered and open.

In view of the apparent consensus on the need to declutter our viber wall, the admin shall therefore take the following steps:

   2. Impose the original tacit agreement among members last year to limit the scope of messages to AFPOVAI Phase 678 matters and AFPOVAI-related issues in line with our goal of ultimately claiming and owning our lots at AFPOVAI.
   3. Prohibit the propagation of political, religious, economic, technological, social, humorous, and other off-purpose messages that otherwise only serve to clog and clutter our conversation space.
   4. Allow members to post personal and general welfare messages, as they feel appropriate for at least two (2) days, and later delete them, to allow other members the discretion to save or share them as they wish.
   5. Allow members to engage in normal meaningful exchanges at no expense to everyone’s priority focus on and interest in the cause of AFPOVAI Phase 678 lot owners.
   6. Inform everyone of the posts to be deleted on account of inherent dissonance with the objectives of our viber community prior to their deletion.
   7. Immediately delete other posts which are obviously inappropriate for dissemination and sharing.
   8. Maintain a thread of conversation that reflects the progress of our Ph 678 efforts and growth of our relationship as a safe social haven and secure online community.
   9. Guide all members on further actions in exercising better responsibility and control over their messages through viber app’s technical functions.
