Prayer for Divine Intervention and Justice for AFPOVAI Phase 678

(To be recited during the AGMM on Oct 11, 2025 at the Social Hall, Villamor Air Base Golf Course, Pasay City)

Heavenly Father, Almighty Dispenser of justice and mercy,
We come before You today as one family, united in faith and hope, gathered under Your watchful grace for this Annual General Membership Meeting of AFPOVAI Phase 678.

For over four decades, Lord, we have waited — patiently, prayerfully, and peacefully — for what is rightfully ours. We have endured the silence of peers, the delays of authorities, and the uncertainty of time. We have been oppressed, deprived of our property rights and denied fair and just treatment. Yet through it all, Your hand has sustained us. Your love has saved us. And Your light has kept our hearts from growing weary.

Now, God of righteousness and truth, we humbly but fervently implore Your divine intervention. Stretch forth Your mighty arm and move the hearts of those in authority — the officials of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, that they may finally grant and release the long-awaited awards, titles, and recognitions due to the rightful homeowners and claimants of AFPOVAI Phase 678. Let their decisions be guided not by politics nor partisan affiliations nor pride, but by truth, justice and compassion.

We also lift to You, O Lord, the President of the Republic and the leaders of the Department of National Defense, the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and the Philippine Navy. Enlighten their minds and touch their conscience with Your divine wisdom, that they may heed Your call for doing the harder right, rather than perpetuating to this day the easier wrong. May they order, without hesitation, the orderly turnover and peaceful vacating of the PN Golf Course (PNGC) to all of us legitimate owners — the men, women, and families who too once served our people and country in line of duty. As you have seen us serve, sacrifice and suffer, with many in our ranks passing on, we have agonized in vain for more than forty long years.

Father, let our long night of waiting finally give way to the dawn of deliverance. Let the walls of delay and denial crumble before the power of Your truth and divine intervention. Let this annual gathering today be not only a meeting of members, but a moment of answered prayers — a turning point where justice, long deferred, shall finally be served.

Bless every heart of Phase 678 member present here or in virtual attendance, Lord. Strengthen our unity, deepen our trust, and remind us always that Your timing is perfect, Your justice sure. May peace reign in our community, and may our gratitude rise to You, who alone can make all things possible.

We consecrate this moment, this cause, and this community to You, O Lord — our defender, our provider, our vindicator.
